Refund policy
We hope every piece finds a cherished place in your little one's wardrobe. If your order isn't quite what you expected, you can exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. Depending on the status of your order, there are two options.
Cancel your order
If your order has not yet been packed and shipped, you can cancel it free of charge via our Withdrawal Request Page.
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return after delivery
If you have already received your order, you can register your return within 14 days of receiving the final item via our Return Portal.
After registering your return, you have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
Please ensure the items are returned:
- in their original condition;
- unworn, unwashed and free from odours;
- with the original tags still attached to the product;
- free from damage. Damage to buttons is not covered under warranty.
Once your return has been registered, you will receive further return instructions.
Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
In addition to the purchase amount, we will also refund the original shipping costs of your order.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning your order is your responsibility, unless the return is the result of an error made by LRDM Petits.
