Returns & Cancellations
We hope every piece finds a cherished place in your little one’s wardrobe. But if something isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about cancelling your order or arranging a return.
Cancelling your order
If your order has not yet been packed and dispatched, you can cancel it free of charge through our Withdrawal Page. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll confirm the cancellation. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs, as soon as possible using the same payment method you used to place your order.
Returning your order
Already received your order? You can register your return within 14 days of receiving the final item through our Return Portal. Once your return has been registered, you’ll have another 14 days to send the items back to us.
To process your return, we kindly ask that all items are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from fragrances, with the original swing tags still attached, and without any damage. Please note that damage to buttons is not covered under our warranty.
Once your return has been registered, we’ll send you all further instructions.
Refunds
As soon as your return has arrived and has been inspected, we’ll refund your purchase within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order. In some cases, we are legally allowed to wait until the returned items have been received and inspected before issuing your refund.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning your order is your responsibility, unless the return is the result of an error on the part of LRDM Petits.
