Process orders
If you provide us with your personal data, we will use it to process orders neatly and quickly. These are shared with our delivery service, payment provider and web store provider (My Web Store and sendcloud).
Your payment details, name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address are the personal data that Liefs met hout uses. In connection with fiscal retention, these are kept for 7 years.
Provision to third parties:
Myparcel, PostNL, DHL and DPD. We use the services of the aforementioned transport channels and Sendcloud. Sendcloud is used to generate address labels that are attached to your package so that you can track your order with a track & trace code. The actual execution and delivery of your order is in the hands of PostNL. It is therefore necessary for us to share your name, address and residence details with sendcloud and PostNL. This data is only used for the purpose of executing the agreement
CONTACT FORM
You can ask us questions using the contact form on the website. For this we use your e-mail address, telephone number and name and address details. We will keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.
DISTRIBUTION TO OTHER COMPANIES AND INSTITUTIONS
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we will under no circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our web store. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to keep. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. Data is deleted via Google Analytics after 14 months.
SECURITY
Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We constantly adjust the security and pay close attention to what can go wrong. In order to optimally guarantee security, we have concluded a processing agreement with all processors.

Gmail, Office365
For our regular business e-mail we use the e-mail services of Gmail and Office365. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss or corruption of your data. Neither Gmail nor Office365 have access to our mailbox and we treat our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payment provider
Mollie
We use the payment provider Mollie to conclude and process (part of) our payments in our Web Shop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details. They also process payment details such as your bank account number or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your personal (anonymised) data to further improve its services and to share it with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to all Mollie services that use third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than the periods permitted on the basis of the applicable legal grounds.
